Urgent help needed!

Dear friends!

There are several new kittens at Danica's little shelter - actually 8 of them. They are all very small, one is sick and being treated with antibiotics (the yellow stripe one), and among them is the one without back legs, that had a surgery - I talked about that poor girl in my last post.

I just sent donation, but there is only as much as I can send. She urgently needs more money for the vet's bills! Please, whoever can help, do so as soon as you can! The situation is really dire.

All those kittens are small and helpless. I am posting pictures of several of them , including the one without legs, whom Danica brought up into her apartment. She will have to keep her, because of her condition.

Danica says it seems that somebody simply dropped a box of kittens in front of the shelter - cause one morning (about two weeks ago), they were all there, out of nowhere.

Thank you all so much in advance for anything you can help with!

Here are some new photos and new kittens... and no cart for now

Danica managed to send me photos of a new kitten (under the car) whose both back legs are , basically , missing. She does not want even to speculate what might have happened there, but she took her to the vet immediately, and got her some help (although the wounds were far from fresh, and the kitten did not seem to be in pain).

There are also several new healthy kittens (all black for some reason), and Danica is trying her best to keep up. However, the cart for the bike I was going to buy and mail, is out of question now. She badly needs money for the vet bills, and extra food, so I had to send her money today. She will have to take the legless kitten upstairs, at least for now.

Other pictures are old, regular shelter tenants.

Also, as you can see, Okac's eye has taken for the worse. It seems that only little naughty Gingarello is fine (the one sleeping carelessly)

Danica is trying to keep up her spirits, but ...it is not easy.

That darn computer

Danica's computer does not work again - it is on and off all the time, never working long enough to give her time to send me some new photos. Well, the news is that she has had problems with some very mean neighbors regarding the shelter, but I do not have details. Also, several new black kittens - what is new in there? Icuka is sick - but still hanging in there.

In the absence of the new photos from Danica's shelter, I am posting 2 photos of that kitten that my family fed while vacationing. We are taking care of her eyes operation, and she is currently in a shelter, being taken care of. Her name is Pindling (maybe I had already said this earlier)

Computer is working...

So, it means new pictures...Chris, the white angel, is neutered; Milka Penzionerka (which means that she is pretty old, for the word means Pensioner), had her little teeth broken by someone (or whatever happened), and it was such a pain that Danica had to have her sedated and undergo operation. Most of her teeth had to be pulled out. Fortunately, she is very close to Danica, and has been living there all her life, so she knows she should not go anywhere, and will be fed properly.

Also, Zlatan, whose both legs were wounded, had vet treatment, and is now feeling little better.

Frca, one of Danica's favorite cats ever (she does not know why - she just loves her very much), disappeared weeks ago, and Danica was very sad. Needless to say - she felt deep inside Frca is alive, and she found her! Pretty far from the shelter , too. Danica believes that Frca probably tried to shelter herself from one of the bad summer storms recently, got into some basement, and was not able to come out.

Danica heard her crying when she was in a different neighborhood, starting calling her like crazy, and there she was! If she was stuck - how come she got out hearing Danica's voice? And if she was not stuck, why did not she came back home? It is kind of mystery, but Danica is so happy to have her back. Frca is almost emaciated.

At the end I attached a photo of a pet cart I will be getting soon and sending over to Novi Sad. Thanks to Danica's friends and donors, she will get something else then food and medicine!
